Applied for an FPGA Engineer position with the company and was soon contacted by their recruiter. Within a week, had the first interview with their FPGA engineer which I actually enjoyed since it was technical. After the interview, got contacted by the same recruiter informing me that he was glad to hear that my interview went well, and he would like to schedule the second interview with their lead scientist. Didn't hear from him for at least 2 weeks until I got an email in a middle of the week stating that he is trying to see if he can schedule an interview with another engineer for Friday 10 a.m. (the original person was on vacation). Never got any confirmation from him back and didn't hear from until Monday asking me if I got in contact with their engineer. Never heard from him since. Wasted a lot of my time. Considering how disorganized and careless the interview process was, one can only imagine how much worse it gets once you are hired.
