Unprofessional! My initial phone interview was rescheduled 4 times. I went with the flow because I was very interested in the position. Interview went well, had a lengthy phone conversation with a man from corporate. I’m perfectly qualified and have vast experience in a similar position. I was assured that I would hear back within two days for a second interview. I of course followed up with a thank you email. Two days came and went and I never heard back. I followed up with another email and never get a response. Stop wasting people’s time! Completely unprofessional. It is interesting that these companies are expecting so much of potential employees yet they lack common courtesy to applicants in return.
