Fairly simple process. Talked with recruiters at Internship/Job fair at my college. I was then reached out to in order to set up a phone screening. After that I went to their headquarters to interview for a summer internship. The people that were interviewing were broken in to two different groups where one would be doing their interviews ( two different one-on-one interviews) and at the same time the other group would be hearing from a panel of past interns.

After you submit your application they send you an email for a screening phone call you schedule one with them and then offer you a Interview on the spot depending on your answer. The usual way the process goes.

Phone screening, basic tell me about your resume, biggest challenge, why cardinal health? Also why this major and future career plans. Pretty easy and low stress environment. 20-30 minutes at most

Where do you see yourself professionally in 3-5 years
Process was very organized and well thought out. I talked with 2 managers for 30 minutes each within the function I was applying for. The college relations team reached out fast and was on top of setting everything up
