First a phone interview with recruiter, then 3 separate interviews with Cardinal Health employees. Casual and easy phone interview that lasts 30 minutes. Nothing too scary and pretty straightforward. f

After submitting my resume online, I was called and asked to make a 2-3 minute video answering questions about myself and why I wanted to join Cardinal Health and send it to the recruiter... This was the only time I've had to do something like that and it was a little strange. After that I had two 30 minute back to back interviews that were all behavioral

One call at beginning - moved along to another phone interview - didn't hear anything for weeks then got second round interview - 2 30 minute interviews with execs - Mine was online and they didn't seem very interested or prepared with enough questions honestly.
