Applied online and received a call within six weeks. Set up a face-to-face interview for 2 days later. The interview went well but it turns out the job description and title didn't really fit the position they had to fill; they admitted that it needed reworded/clarified. Interview questions follow the STAR format. The questions seemed fairly standard.

The STAR questions seemed fairly standard but none of the three interviewers seemed to be on the same page about what position needed filled and what they were looking for. They asked each other nearly as many questions as they asked me which I think had an effect on my overall interview.
