Be very careful with the management of this company. You will, most likely, be interviewed by multiple managers. Be sure that any promises made by one manager is put in writing and acknowledged by the other managers. Unless you get everything in writing, signed by the President of the company, the other managers will either conveniently "forget making the promise" and the other managers will feign ignorance. GET IT IN WRITING, SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT, ON THE DAY THE PROMISE IS MADE. DO NOT WAIT, DO NOT TRUST IN A NEBULOUS, "SOMEDAY", DO NOT BELIEVE ANY VERBAL PROMISE!
