I filled out an in depth online application with essay style answers. That took about 3-4 hours. I was called in for an interview at the location I applied to. I spoke with 2 managers about myself, career history, compensation requirements. Most of the process was talking about what the job entailed and then my life experiences. What was being gauged was my ability to converse, think on my feet and persevere in the face of adversity. Also was I mentally tough enough to handle rejection on a regular basis. I was offered job , took pre-employment drug screen and began work.

The interview was pretty slandered. They asked basic questions. Was interviewed by six different people. They offered me a job but the base pay was lower then what they agreed to in the interview and it had no information regarding how the commission worked..
