Met with Hr manager for first interview, then with DC manager for second interview— both via Zoom. Great, organic conversation without the stuffy predetermined questions. Straightforward and informative without being intimidating.

Was scheduled for 1 interview with HR, however, after having a good first interview I was pushed to do 2 more interviews on the same day. I was moved to a final panel interview with the operations and HR director. One week went by and I received a call from HR stating they would like to onboard me ASAP with a verbal offer and should receive an official offer letter next week. A week later I follow up on the offer letter and was told they are still interviewing internal candidates. Another week goes by and I was scheduled to do one more interview with the Director of Operations which I had already met in the panel interview. After that, I had been ghosted and nothing further was done after the verbal offer letter.
