Had a phone interview prior to a face to face interview. Arrived at Carmax, Had to answer a couple questions on a computer. Interviewed with 3 different managers, waited about 10-15 mins inbetween interviews.

Q3: Tell me about a time when you took it upon yourself to learn something new?
Q4: Tell me about a time when you were a frustrated with a customer? and what was the outcome?
Still waiting to get a call for my drug test but the interview was easy. Phone interview first then in person. Just patiently waiting to hear back from the manager. It’s been a day

Entrevista
I submitted my resume online, recieved a call to schedule an onsite interview. Interview was fairly easy. They asked about 5 situational questions. Manager was a delight to talk to.

It was quick and easy process I had a great time time speaking and meeting people especially to network. Got hired same day too and i immediately accepted the offer
