A panel interview with two employees that asked several situation questions back and fourth. There were two rounds of these with the final interview one on one with a regional Vice President.

Phone call with a recruiter then you take a personality survey. A week later I interviewed with a purchasing manager and a senior buyer. Overall it was a good experience.
