The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.

The interview process for me took about 3-4 hours. I was interviewed by 2 people before I was offered the job. I then had to take a drug test, and got to see the office once I was accepted. I really enjoyed my time there.

You are first contacted for a phone interview, then if they like you, you will have an in person meeting with another manager. If all goes well you will hear back for the final step, which is orientation.

There are 3 interviews to be completed individually with 3 different supervisors. If you make it passed those three, you are offered the job the same day. They are pretty much basic interview questions relating to customer service.
