The interview process was extremely efficient in my opinion. The questions that the management team asked during the interview challenging but allowed you the opportunity to highlight your skillsets and what you can bring to the role you are interviewing for. The managers I interviewed with did a fantastic job making it conversational instead of feeling like an interrogation. At many points during our conversations I felt as if I was speaking with a colleague I have been working with for a while. The passion and excitement they had for what they do gave me the feeling that CarGurus is going to have an amazing culture.
