Applied in August, slow HR screen that took 1.5 months to actually arrange. Then technical rounds much more quick, happening over the next 1.5 weeks. Rejected half way through the final round.

Technical questions on options trading, which included delta and vega hedging. Was asked to analyse the delta as time runs out on an option, and as volatility increases to infinity. I was rejected after this stage.

20 min zoom call with HR. Basic questions about my experiences and why I want to work at Capula. They asked how much I know about Capula. They asked me questions specific to how I would perform at the role and what do I know about the role.
