Recruiter reached out and scheduled an initial call, ~30min. She was extremely dull and literally read from a script the entire time. I could tell she was literally reading from a script, then going on mute and waiting to answer her next question. She mentioned she had been at the company for 2 years. You would think they would have more details to share and insight about the company, but no. Simply read from a script and provided rehearsed answers that were not helpful or insightful at all. Hard pass.

Captify were very thorough in their process and asked questions both about my experience in media and personal. I liked that they wanted to get to know me more on a personal level. They provided very good feedback and were super friendly!
