I had a phone interview for about 20 minutes, the entire time the hiring manager seemed to be extremely impressed with my resume, educational background and overall employment history. Being that I am a licensed pharmacist in multiple states, and have documented sales experience in a top global pharmaceutical company. I have great relationships with hundreds of physicians in the tristate area. The whole time the HR lady kept on telling me how Capsule can use my expertise with their national expansion and I totally agreed with her. She said she would get back to me the next day with an answer. I had to email her with a follow up four days later only to get a generic response with an apology about how I’m not a good match for the position. I Heard a lot of negative reviews about Capsule, chose to ignore it thinking it won’t happen to me because I’m a perfect candidate..turns out I’m just like everyone else. So my advice to all applicants Good luck but don’t get your hopes up.
