Need to show genuine interest in finance, asset management, and their company. Learn about their culture, values, mission and vision. Very unfortunate that I didn’t get the offer!

Applied arround late Oct. Asked to answer 2 questions in a written assignment around early December. Was informed of being selected for the next stage and an interview with the business manager and talent acquisition officer was arranged in mid-Jan. The time frame is definitely long, this is something the management acknowledges and is trying to fix. Other than this the interview was very comfortable, the interviewers are very pleasant and the questions did not feel scripted. It felt that they were genuinely trying to understand me with a lot of follow-up behavioral questions. They also looked true to their values and really believe in diversity. This is the second year of this program and not much information out there. I will try to provide updates (if I have any) for the benefit of others.
