The process was easy and straight forward, One interview included (fit + case) with two consultants (Partner + Senior). HR is very nice and approachable. The process is very structured.

Entrevista
2x 50 min interview with personal fit questions as well as a case study. One had numeracy focus and the other one a creative focus. The internship salary is quite good with over 2000€ gross value. The numeracy case focus had an estimation part in it about flights leaving Germany each day. The creative one was about material handling industry opportunities.

Two interviews, one mini case and one fit interview. Very comfortable environment and nice Interview partners. Case was standard and fit interview was classical - why consulting, why invent, why is my person the best fitting
