Normally, you should get a response to your online application quite soon and you'd be invited for an online assessment. Although I fulfil all their academic requirements, they never responded to my application. When I emailed them to ask about my application, they stated that 'the manager needs to verify whether you fulfil the academic requirements'. Apparently, they do not understand the education system from other European countries well enough, as they asked me to explain them what the equivalent is of A levels in my country. After I explained them, I basically never received an answer anymore. It's especially ridiculous as all other (bigger and more prestigious) consulting firms have accepted me after my online application. Since I applied for Capgemini, my opinion has changed enormously. I would never want to work for a firm with such a disrespectful HR team.
