The first step was round 0 whatsapp phone call screening by HR manager, briefly explaining about job function, overview of interview process, availability for interview and salary expectations. Then got an email notification the next day for scheduled interview with manager level consultant end of the same week. Manager consultant didn't seem to respect the interview process, was obviously on two screens and in casual wear, frequently referring to a checklist for questions to ask. Tried to reassure candidates that it is just an informal interview etc and gave false hope that the interview went well. Even dropped a thank you email after first interview to thank him for the time taken for interviewing. Didn't hear back on the date for second interview after one month at all (totally ghosted!) Totally unprofessional for a young firm in the consulting industry, the least the firm should have done was to give a heads up on the rejection, not ghosting!
