Entrevista
The interview process consists of five levels. Level 1 involves an initial discussion to understand the candidate's background. Level 2 is a tool test to assess practical skills. Levels 3 and 4 focus on technical discussions to evaluate domain knowledge and problem-solving abilities. Level 5 is the HR round, discussing cultural fit, salary, and availability. After these rounds, candidates must take an English test to assess communication skills.

After with technical person where we need to do a mini project and defend it. After that we have a final meeting no with unit manager to ultimate final details.
