He asked about: My experience: I explained my previous roles, highlighting key projects and achievements relevant to the position. My roles and responsibilities: I shared details about my daily tasks, team management, process improvements, and how I handled escalations. My strengths: I mentioned areas such as adaptability, problem-solving, team management, and my ability to learn new processes quickly. My weaknesses: I shared an area for improvement (e.g., sometimes focusing too much on details, or initially being hesitant to delegate) and explained the steps I am taking to overcome it. 24/1 Shift: I am flexible with my work schedule and willing to work in 24/7 shifts, including nights and weekends, if required to support business needs.
