Interview process is good, once your resume shortlisted, HR will contact to you and tell you job description. If you agree then your intrview will be scheduled for first round, that was technical and little more about managing deliveries.
Once first round clear you will get call for second round and there was no much gap between both round.
Second round waa taken by management and technical person.

Interview was really good and impressive. Capgemini is very good company. It is proved in survey as well. There is very good culture in Capgemini. People also like to work in Capgemini.
