Hi My First Round is schedule and i have cleared then L2 round schedule and when i have joined they mentioned panel is not available then after i have initiate mail chain for schedule my L2 bcz i am immediate joiner but they are not responding my mails and this things happens two times with me. so i would like all don't give interview and waste your time behalf go with other MNC and i would like Capgemini upper management to look this matter bcz i am not only one who suffer this situation so many candidate love to join Capgemini but due unprofessional HR team we are not able.
