Technical Round: Assess technical skills through coding, system design, and technical questions.
English Mocha Test: Evaluate English proficiency via grammar, comprehension, writing, and speaking exercises.
HR Discussion: Determine cultural fit, discuss career goals, and negotiate salary and benefits.

Interview took my whole day ,Had three round s
Got selected
They asked me to submit all my documents After submission almost 3 weeks after continuous follow ups a HR guy offered a salary not even 30 % hike
After which he told central HR will contact me .Nobody turned around till now .Luckily i got cleared some other interview for a differnt company.
If the company doesnt want the candidate , why should they waste their time ?
Capgemini doesnt offer you much and the HR takes you for granted
