I obtained this opportunity through my university’s on-campus recruitment process. The selection process included two rounds of interviews. After the first interview, I participated in a panel discussion where I was evaluated on my knowledge of SQL, data structures and algorithms (DSA), and Excel. Following the successful completion of all assessment stages, I received an offer from the company.

Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en Capgemini en mar 2011

My resume was passed through to one of their recuiters to do a phone screen. Other than them getting the day wrong and then the time wrong, the interview was a review of my resume and my skills. I was told that my resume would be forwarded to a team of recruiters who would reach out to me with any matches. The interviewer was in India and did not have the best phone connection, couple that with the accent and it took a little while to get through the questions.
moderately challenging, focusing heavily on Agile frameworks, stakeholder management, and domain knowledge. Candidates typically experience 3 to 4 rounds, ranging from technical skill assessments to behavioral and HR evaluations, but mostly it's all about the preparation you do and the efforts you put

Method overloading, method overriding, all about OOP
Done through superset portal, where the first part was verbal assessment, where they asked grammar questions and email writing. You also have to record a video speaking on a specific topic. The next part of assessment was technical mcq based on cloud, DB and other fundamentals with psuedocode. The whole test had 40 questions with 40 mins to solve all, which incl 25 psuedocode questions, so time could be very challenging.
