It was very well organized. The communication was very clear without any ambiguity. Had multiple interviews including Offshore, Onsite and also with end client. Everything was handled professionally. Overall, it took more than a month from the first communication to onboarding that something can be expedited.

2 levels of interview for Data Migration lead position. Level 1 is relevant to your experience in banking and product and level 2 is related to the projects worked. Salary negotiation happened at the initial stage and it was on the CTC only. Be careful at this stage and negotiate the breakup of salary, especially the Basic pay component. They tends to lower the Basic pay and increase other allowances.
