The organization reached out to me for an interview. They initially spoke to me over the phone and screened my qualifications. I then had an interview in person with one of their Senior VP's of the organization which went very well. He articulated their goals and mission of the group and how I would fit into that.

The interview process was really good and it helped me understand my preparation level and what needs to be improved for getting selected in the future. I am very much thankful to Capgemini team.

The interviewers were friendly and engaging, asking relevant job-related questions and providing clear answers to mine. However, the follow-up process between interview rounds was not very smooth, and I had to wait several weeks for updates.

Interview was really good and impressive. Capgemini is very good company. It is proved in survey as well. There is very good culture in Capgemini. People also like to work in Capgemini.
