Hands down the worst interview process I have ever been through. After being informed that they would like me to attend an initial interview, arranging a date was an uphill struggle. Lots of emails unanswered meant I had to chase constantly. Eventually I managed to get a first interview date and attended the interview which went well. A week later I was told I had progressed to a second interview stage and needed to arrange a date. At this point I was passed from person to person. I kept chasing to try and arrange a date but received no replies, or was simply passed to the next employee. After 3 weeks of constant chasing I was informed the position had been filled...which isn't surprising after 3 weeks! If the way Capgemini treat their interviewees is anything like the way they treat their staff then I am glad the position had been filled!
