Entrevista
I was scheduled to interview at 2:30 on Saturday & even morning HR person called and confirmed the same but at specified time interviewer didn't join the meeting. Total waste of time for me as I was connected 10 minutes earlier. I was waited for 10 mins later interviewer joined . HR team & management should organize the events properly. Better shortlist people based on skills. I was interviewing for JAVA, struts, Spring , Hibernate. but interviewer asked about threading & S BOOT questions.
It was good, it was about 1.30 hour where interview wanted to check overall experience and touch all technical questions.
Started from basics and then REST, Spring Boot, then microservices

Inviai candidatura. Primo contatto telefonico e poi Colloquio in sede. Persone molto professionale e gentili. Dopo pochi giorni ho ricevuto feedback via email. Purtroppo negativo. Ma è un'azienda molto seria, con personale molto professionale.
