-The Interview Process in Capgemini has totally 5 rounds, In the first round HR will do screening interview process he will provide a brief description of the company and the open -role.
- Followed by the two technical rounds one is with Technical Team lead and an other with the manager round.
-Once we done with the technical rounds a fourth round would be English communication Test then a final round will be a HR.

Generic rejection via email 4 weeks after second interview. Total time from application to rejection was 8 weeks. Kind of disrespectful to not even write an email an list reasons why.
A very transparent process Two technical rounds both taken by capegemini. Relevant to the role applied. Would you have been been if I had received the screening call for the process
