1. Screening interview by independent person hired to screen and didn’t know about the client; 2. Client interview which supposed to be with the hiring manager from the client who was not available. . . instead someone who was going on medical leave interviewed me. 3. Was supposed to be another interview but they skipped it due to concern that budget cuts could impact the budget for the position

It's Good, much impressed by the way it was handled. The interviewer made me comfortable by greeting at first in warm. And started the interview in a friendly manner with question and answers, I would really say a discussion not Q&A. I think he was judging my thought process of handling and approach towards the situation.
