Campus recruitment, two rounds of interview, first round was kind of technical round and other was HR round, they were mainly checking my interest in company. Technical guy was a project manager, he was very friendly and he explained the working of capgemini very well. I was having a misconception about the job profile so his views on job profile and IT sector were very helpful in deciding the offer.

They were mainly checking my interest whether I am interested in joining them or not, so questions like why you want to join us despite having a M Tech degree, have you done any coding work etc
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
