I don't want to recommend anyone to join Capgemini , I cleared all interview rounds and got offer, i resigned to current employer and notice period started, i was about to join capgemini and 10 days before they rejected offer and reason was so pathetic, we had to hold this position due to some reason. So i advised to everyone , Please be careful with HR policy
