Entrevista
I met with 5 VPs. They were normal interviews. All were in person. The VP I would ultimately would work for met with me first and was pleasant and professional. There was nothing unusual about the interview and not systemic approach was used. It appeared to be all judgement based.

Puis débriefing avec le cabinet et Ressources humaines avant une proposition de package. Les entretiens se complètent bien, les acteurs se parlent entre eux avant l'étape suivante

Initial outreach from company recruiter, followed by several weeks of silence. Finally interviews scheduled, very informal interview but detailed enough to understand role and accomplishment. Followed by weeks of silence and an offer letter.
