A recruiter contacted me after a referral from a previous colleague. I was working for a competitor in the same space at the time so my experience was very relevant, and I'm guessing the interview process was not very thorough because of the referral and the demand for my resources with my experience. The recruiter basically put me in contact directly with the VP, who did a short 30 minute interview in which he asked some generic questions. A face to face interview was not conducted due to the fact that the team is spread throughout the states, as it usually is with consulting firms.

Entrevista
Interview process was quick, there are 2 interviewers. First was the HR interview, more of behavioral, situational questions. Second interviewer was the technical interview, more questions about the experience, situational and definition of terms. Span was within 2 weeks. Overall experience was positive and they accommodate all my queries

The inteview process is a very systematic process for Capgemini. They have a fully established recruitment process that won’t confuse candidates. The interview is swift, the recruiters are well spoken
