Each round is conducted professionally—starting with an HR interviews, followed by Manager round and Technical Test. The interviewers are supportive, ask relevant questions, and make candidates feel comfortable throughout the process. It’s a great experience overall.

In my Capgemini interview, one of the main questions they asked me was to introduce myself and explain my educational background. They also asked about my strengths, why I want to join Capgemini, and a few situation-based questions to check my communication and problem-solving skills.
The interview process was well structured and ran smoothly from start to finish. The interviewer was approachable and created a comfortable environment for open discussion. The questions were clear, relevant, and thoughtfully designed to assess my skills and experience, allowing me to communicate my strengths with confidence. Overall, it was a highly professional and positive experience.
