Quite confusing process, first HR Talent explained me that the position was based in React but she didn't know almost anything else, second she sends me to another HR Talent more specialized in the german client and she was also not able to answer with precision much of my questions. Then I told them that I'd refuse to continue but the first HR Talent convinced me to try the next interview as the client liked my profile. Ok, I go for this interview and the client asked me questions on Angular, what? Didn't we talked all time on React based applications? It's quite chaotic, I know Capgemini is outsourcing company but you shouldn't allow your client to change on opinion any time and defend your brand. I felt like I'd be on my own 100% and Capgemini just taking the money, disappointed.
