4 rounds first apti, with verbal and logical. Then communication then behavioral. After that technical interview. I was rejected in this round. There was an hr round after this and then offer letter

First round was a written test with multiple choice questions. After a week second round with Project Manager and Team Lead. They tested me on coding skills and analytical skills. Next round was with HR. I was made an offer on the same day.

It was pathetic. It was a closed drive, with a a select few, around 150 people who were invited for the interview for the second round. The first round was a written test, which if you clear, you will be called over for a face to face in the coming weeks. I got selected and was called the next Saturday. That was the best part of the interview. Considering this move, I thought really high of the organisation for managing things so well. The next Saturday, i was asked to report by 11 am. I reached at close to 11 am. I kept waiting till 7 pm. Not even a single round of interview happened for me. Then later, a face to face turned into a group interview. And the recruitment team did not even care a bit, as whenever you go and ask them, they had a simple and rude reply, keep sitting,everyone else is sitting as well. Dear Aricent, everyone else might be so lame and timid to be sitting at your office till 9 pm, I am not. Recommendation: don't attend the interview, one of the worst recruitment management team I have ever seen.
