It was a good one. Since I got into Aricent through Campus Drive. Didn't face much difficulties. I had three rounds totally First Round Aptitude - Depends on Hard work and Luck. I would say practise makes man perfect. Second Round was GD - where they check the communication skills and the valid points we put across. Third round was technical cum HR round. - For me it was more like HR round where I went on justifying my stand on the question asked during first round. They Basically checked my leadership qualities and the interviewer was very much interested in listening to me (tats what i felt).

When I had difficulty expressing myself in the interview, I was really relieved that they approached me with very good intentions and understood my excitement and took a long time to complete my sentences or to answer the questions asked. They ask questions about your experience in the technical field, small coding, algorithms and how you can solve a problem. As a possibility, they said that they would arrange accommodation for a very short time until they rented a house. As a salary, a salary offer was offered below the market. In general, it can be tried for people who can start new.
