Entrevista
The process was slow, frustrating, and incredibly unprofessional. I would really encourage potential applicants to look elsewhere if the hiring process is anything to go by.
The first time I was in the interview process, I spoke with the recruiter who had told me he would be reaching out to schedule an interview with the team. I received an email telling me that I was not selected for the role before I even interviewed and when I reached out to the recruiter to ask what had happened he offered to schedule a meeting for feedback and then ultimately ignored me.
A few months later, I began to interview again and was contacted by the same recruiter. From the outset I was clear that I required a visa, and was clear on my salary requirements. This time, I was told that interviews would be happening quite quickly and that I should expect to be interviewed in the next week. I submitted availability, but the window of time for which I had submitted availability elapsed without anything being scheduled. I reached out to the recruiter, who invited me to submit my availability again only for the SAME THING to happen. I reached out yet again, and was finally able to get something scheduled a complete month after I had initially spoken to the recruiter.
The conversation I had with the hiring manager was actually great and really interesting. I was told that my feedback was good, but I continued to be stalled by the recruiting team. Finally, after a total of 7 WEEKS in the process, the recruiting team told me that the team was no longer able to offer visa sponsorship, so I was being removed from the process. It's possible that if the recruiting team had been even semi-reasonable in their timelines, I may have been able to get through before the visa cap.
The recruiting team absolutely needs to get their act together.

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
