Came to the college campus followed by interviewing in NYC for a super day with other candidates. Completed an assessment on a phone app for gauging facial reactions to different faces. The super day consisted of various activities designed to measure collaboration skillsets and presentation abilities.

Why are you interested in working at Capco and why consulting? What would you consider to be your greatest strength?
They held a one hour case study think tank in a group setting of 5 people. After the discussion, all members were invited to give a short presentation and a question and answer session.

The process was easy not too tough but as a fresher you should know the DSA basics.
Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
