As a successful firm that is growing quickly, creating a positive candidate experience is extremely important to us. We set the bar on this very high, and we aim to see that every candidate has a great experience of Capco. Unfortunately, on this occasion we have let ourselves down and we can only apologize.
We have started an internal investigation to try to understand what may have happened, to learn from this event and to improve the experience for other job-seekers.
