The assessment centre had two stages and had around 25 candidates. The first stage involved a case study in group while the next stage was interviews by multiple people one by one.

Entrevista
Online situational judgement test followed by assessment day. Assessment day was also online (most stuff was at the time) and involved around 15 applicants. Both Situational Judgement Test and assessment day were very typical of other similar roles.

Awful HR. The HR team was very disorganised and needed thorough chasing through other graduates I had met at an university event. Always automated responses and never replied to your emails. Was told I would get feedback following the assessment centre over two weeks ago but no phone call and no reply to email. However, the consultants I met at the assessment centre were lovely.
