El proceso tomó 8 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Capco (Londres, Inglaterra) en abr 2021

      Entrevista

Lengthy, messy and extremely disorganised interview process. I would have declined if I knew it was like this. There are 6 stages. It starts with a person who wants to know more about you, what you do and what you want to do next. He doesn't seem to know very well what he's asking and it also looks like he's been told to ask these questions, so he's doing it like a robot. You have a system design session, a theoretical interview where they ask all kinds of questions for more than 1.5 hours. There are 2 sessions of code challenges where you have to complete a complex exercise that would take 2 days, but you have 2 hours for each one. And they use Visual Studio for Java... A final interview with HR, where they want to exploit your salaries in recent years so they can decide how little they are going to pay you. In all the sessions that I asked questions, the answers were very vague and very secretive, they said that the company was going through many transformations and things would be different, but it seemed that they were very old-fashioned and outdated. In one of the stages no one showed up and no notice was given. This is really amateur and unprofessional. They didn't even apologize, just booked again for another day. The feedback from my interviews was very good, but when they made an offer, I initially thought there was an error or typo, but no, it was real. They try to get the most out of people, but they pay peanuts. I rejected and crossed this company off my list. It was a total waste of time, I spent almost 10 hours in interviews with these guys.

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

They ask enough questions for an entire IT department, literally everything. They searched "Software Engineer Interview Questions" and started reading the questions in the results. They expect you to have knowledge of all areas, architecture, front-end, back-end, DevOps, customer management, etc., so be sure to bring all coworkers you know to help with the interview. The questions range from the highest level to the lowest level Java questions. Questions that they themselves do not know, but, hey, it’s in Google’s results. You will have to explain in detail and draw diagrams about the project you are working on, and if you say you can't because you are not allowed to disclose (for obvious reasons), they get upset.
