It was just a general interview, not technical. Its aim was more to get to know the person rather than assess the technical competency of said person. It was also relatively short, lasting around 10 minutes.

The first interview was in person and was very conversational. I was asked a few questions but it was mostly casual conversation. My interviewer was young and super nice. It was easy to connect with her.

I applied online through my university. After that, I was then sent a Hirevue to complete. After that, I had a video interview with a Capco employee. Mostly behavioral with some brief questions on what interests you in the financial services industry.
