Virtual interviews over the course of a few weeks (due to covid) with employees of varying levels. The recruiter who helped me throughout the interviews was extremely communicative and straight forward, making the overall process seamless despite the remote situation.

It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
