Submitted application and was called in for testing and an interview. Testing was awkward, as I had no experience or knowledge of the captioning process, making it difficult to judge if it was going well. Liked the individual who interviewed me, and was offered a job on the spot. Prior to actually becoming an employee, there was 3 weeks of extremely intensive training. Unfortunately, it still is not quite enough to prepare you for the call floor.

I filled out an Application on site which had the average questions and asked about your availability days and times and someone talked with me same day gave a typing test for speed and accuracy
