After that there was another round of interviews with the third round being a 3-person panel that included individuals from managers to a principal. I had interviewed with many organizations prior to this and CapTech was at the top of the list as far as professionalism, responsiveness, and keeping you informed each step of the way. I had other offers but the interview experience and the passion during the interviews sold me on CapTech - I accepted the offer.

Interview seemed very fake. The second hour was all about the cap tech acct executive telling me about the company. Interview seemed completely fake. The acct executive kept telling me they wanted to get the cap tech name out there because they were new to the Atlanta market. Whole interview seemed like a sales pitch instead of a job interview.
