I met the CapTech recruiters at a career fair and discussed potential job opportunities. The role I was interested in was a Business Systems Analyst position. I was invited to to an in-person interview that was behavioral based. The final round of interviews weekend consisted of a meet and greet "ball" where many CapTech employees attended, and definitely was my first impression of the work/life/fun balance that is present in all aspects of the company. There were two interviews at the office the following morning. One interview was with two Managing Directors, and one was with a Senior Consultant and a Principal. CapTech let me know a week later that I received an offer, and I gladly accepted.
