The interview process is informal and not something I have ever experienced. The communication between myself and the person that sent the information was poor. I had to follow up with one of his coworkers to get a response. There is no follow up. You do not receive the interview questions prior to recording yourself so that you can some what prepare. You have 60 seconds to answer 3 out of 6 questions with no remakes. You can not exit and come back. The whole process and lack of response/follow up did not resonate with me well. This is a major red flag that does not look good for the company. It makes me wonder how many great candidates they missed out on because of this process.
